This Site is an informational restaurant website with our menus, specials, location, hours, contact details and related content about Tequila Mama Cantina in Dacula. Some features let you place online orders, buy gift cards, make reservations or send us a request through third-party platforms or forms, as described below.

3. Use of the Site

5. Online ordering, gift cards and reservations

Online ordering and gift card purchases are processed by Toast, Inc. (“Toast”), a third-party platform; reservations may also be handled by a third-party provider. When you use these services you are also subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy policy, including Toast’s at pos.toasttab.com/privacy.

Tequila Mama is not responsible for the availability, performance, security or functionality of third-party platforms. Issues with order processing, payment or gift card fulfillment should be directed to the provider under its policies — and you are always welcome to contact us directly. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Rewards and promotional offers follow the terms shown when you sign up or purchase.

6. Menu, pricing, specials and availability

Menu items, descriptions, prices, hours and specials shown on the Site may change without notice and may differ from what is served in the restaurant. Photographs of food and beverages are for illustration only and may not exactly represent the item as served. Availability is not guaranteed. Specials, happy hour and promotions apply at our Dacula location only unless stated, while supplies last, and cannot be combined with other offers unless noted.

7. Alcohol

Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 and older with valid ID. We may refuse service to anyone at our discretion. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

8. Food allergies and dietary needs

Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and sesame. Menu labels such as “Vegetarian” are for guidance only. Please tell your server about any allergy before ordering; we cannot guarantee any item is allergen-free.

9. Job applications

Submitting a job application or expressing interest in employment through the Site does not constitute an offer of employment and does not guarantee an interview or further consideration. All employment decisions are made at our sole discretion.

11. Photography, video and recording on premises

By entering Tequila Mama Cantina, you consent to being recorded by our security cameras and to being photographed or filmed by us or people working for us, and you grant us permission to use your image, likeness and voice in photos and videos for our website, social media and advertising, without compensation.

If you prefer not to be included in marketing content, please let a manager know during your visit or email us, and we will make reasonable efforts to avoid or remove it.

12. Reviews and content you share

If you tag us, post reviews or send us photos, you allow us to share that content on our website and social media with credit where possible. We may remove content we consider inappropriate.
